The Exchange is a coworking community seeking to Re:Imagine Work in Mobile, AL. For too long, the word ‘potential’ has been used as a descriptor of Mobile. We, the community at The Exchange, believe that it is easy to push off potential into the future. We believe in Mobile, and we believe the time is now for Mobile. We believe in creating a strong, vibrant economy in Mobile based on new kinds of innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship. Most important, we believe in our individual and collective ability to make Mobile a great place to live and work. And along the way, we’ll show the world that Mobile may be smaller than other cities, but it is mighty in helping to shape the global innovation economy. At the Exchange, we know community and culture don’t happen by accident. It is only through careful planning, conscientiousness, and respect for one another that we can grow into a thriving community of leaders, doers, designers, and entrepreneurs.
