Executive Strategies Inc. is a national executive search, coaching and career management firm. Since 1994 we have helped companies hire and develop talent and have helped executives develop and manage their careers. Founded by Holland “Dutch” Earle, a corporate executive who decided to make a mid-life career change, ESI began as a search firm, assisting nationwide clients across multiple industries. Based on his wealth of business experience and passion for talent development, Dutch expanded into executive coaching. In 2005, Kathy Earle formed Career Synergies, an executive career management firm. And in 2016, ESI acquired Atlanta Resume Service, a national firm focusing on resume construction for professional and management clients. Today, our national staff integrates a wealth of corporate and entrepreneurial business experience, executive coach training, International Coach Federation certifications and assessment certifications, including Hogan, DiSC and MBTI across a multiple services platform.
