Exergy Training

Exergy training is a training and coaching company founded in 2009 with a focus on developing professionals and the teams they are part of. We train scientific researchers to live up to their potential in order to help our academic clients create a competitive advantage in achieving global excellence. One of our core products is a course specially tailored to the workflow and needs of PhD's. It is called "Achieving your goals and performing more successfully in your PhD". It consists of four sessions and is given in English. Next to this course, we also offer several b2b products. The compact course "Creativity, innovation and science" intends to raise the creative performance of teams and spans a couple of hours. The workshop "Evidence-based brainstorming" provides a brainstorming format for generating useful and creative ideas and takes approximately one day.
