Expo Bart

The new project space opens September 9th, at the NYMA in Nijmegen! At Expo Bart artists are challenged to create their work on the spot, to experiment and engage in new encounters. During their working period, collaboration is sought with fellow artists, performers, designers or scientists. Every two to three months, a new project starts in the living lab, when the entire space is the artist’s playground. Not only the end result, but also the creative process is important, so the public is welcome to follow the developments on location or via social media. For each project a side program is put together in consultation with the artist, so that the exhibition can be experienced in special ways, digging further into certain themes.
