Scholen in de Kunst is een publieke instelling die ten doel heeft door middel van cultuureducatie zoveel mogelijk mensen in aanraking te brengen met kunst en cultuur. MISSIE Wij geloven dat cultuureducatie een onmisbare rol vervult in de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van jong en oud, gevoed door de waarde die kunst op zichzelf heeft. Vanuit deze overtuiging willen we actieve cultuurparticipatie voor iedereen mogelijk maken en onze kennis en expertise delen. Hierdoor dragen wij bij aan een inspirerende en verbonden samenleving in de regio Amersfoort. WIE ZIJN WIJ? Bij Scholen in de Kunst laten meer dan 100 bevlogen en deskundige kunstenaars je de kracht van kunst ervaren. Je kunt je ontwikkelen in verschillende kunstvormen en je laten inspireren door anderen. Of je er nu voor kiest om ergens heel goed in te willen worden, of dat het je vooral om het plezier en de ontmoeting gaat: wij zijn er voor je!

Drift
Dutch artists Lonneke Gordijn (1980) and Ralph Nauta (1978) founded studio DRIFT in 2007. With a multi-disciplinary team of 40, they work on experiential sculptures, installations and performances. DRIFT manifests the phenomena and hidden properties of nature with the use of technology in order to learn from the Earth’s underlying mechanisms and to re-establish our connection to it. With both depth and simplicity, DRIFT’s works of art illuminate parallels between man-made and natural structures through deconstructive, interactive, and innovative processes. DRIFT works bring people, space and nature on to the same frequency, uniting audiences with experiences that inspire a reconnection to our planet. Their work has been exhibited at Milwaukee Art Museum (2025), Palazzo Strozzi (2024), LUMA Foundation (2024), Central Park New York (2023), Centre Pompidou (2022), The Shed NYC (2021); Stedelijk Museum (2018); Art Basel (2017, 2021) Victoria & Albert Museum (2009, 2015) amongst others. DRIFT is represented by Pace Gallery, Carpenters Workshop Gallery and Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

Stedelijk Museum Schiedam
Stedelijk Museum Schiedam is een toegankelijk museum voor kunst, geschiedenis en maatschappij met verhalen over thema’s die er vroeger, maar juist ook nu toe doen. Daarbij gaan we vernieuwend, authentiek en mensgericht te werk en werken we zoveel mogelijk samen met anderen, in het bijzonder met kunstenaars, jonge creatieve makers en Schiedammers. In hartje Schiedam willen we voor zoveel mogelijk mensen een fijne plek zijn. Een plek waar je kunst ontdekt, inspiratie vindt, een kop koffie drinkt, vrienden ontmoet of zelf iets gaat maken. Je komt er voor schoonheid, nieuwe inzichten of ontspanning en laat iedereen in zijn of haar waarde. Je hebt er een klein geluksmomentje. Of vindt er misschien niet zoveel aan. Het kan en mag allemaal. Schiedammers en jonge en cultureel diverse makers en een cultureel divers publiek hebben onze speciale aandacht. We zien en waarderen de verschillen tussen mensen; ze maken het museum en de stad sterker. We spreken ons uit en geven tekst en uitleg bij kunst en geschiedenis, voor meer begrip naar elkaar en de ander. Iedereen is welkom. Worm, Rotterdam
WORM is an independent and forward-thinking arts venue that has a unique, contrary and inspiring presence in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and the world. We occupy a distinctive position in the cultural world thanks to our hybrid and decentralised approach, and the space we give to transdisciplinary artists. WORM has a strong reputation as an experimental culture house for music, film, club, art, talk, community and performance programs. Approximately 500 public activities take place in WORM every year. And with (for example) 140+ active radio makers and many small-scale community projects continually working in the building, it is almost impossible to fully encompass what WORM is. We can say it is a living creative entity. The unique composition of our organisation has created an extensive network over time, with many trusted personal contacts and organisations, worldwide. We are a partner for many (inter)national venues and festivals, but also, still, that first point of contact for grassroots and informal organisations.

De Domijnen is de culturele instelling van Sittard-Geleen en omstreken. Het is dé plek waar het complete cultuuraanbod samen komt: film, theater, muziek, beeldende kunst, beeld en boek, informatie en educatie. Society of visual artists Company Arti et Amicitiae Independent catalyst in Amsterdam’s art world Identity Arti is the oldest visual artist society in the Netherlands where the artists themselves determine policy. Arti’s policies embrace unity coupled with diversity. Our identity as a medium transcending platform leads us to embrace the inherent fruitful characteristics. Tradition is coupled with the experimental, the parochial with the cosmopolitan, the inclusive with the exclusive. As a lively and stable factor in an unstable (art) world, curiosity, friendship and connecting are key issues for Arti.+ Art Arti presents a topical, experimental, high profile exhibition program which includes both local and international subjects. As an artist society, Arti looks for authentic artists who are aware of their roots and their identity: artists who create their own context and follow their own path. Arti aims for diversity in more fields than one. Important in this context are the origin of the exhibiting artists, the multidisciplinary approach of exhibitions and the variety of context within which art originates.+ Meeting place The club offers a variety of activities, exhibitions and parties. It is a welcoming,hospitable place with a tasty and affordable kitchen serving lunch and dinner. It is an ideal place to meet and discuss art in all its facets.+ Representing artists Arti considers the safeguarding of artists interests as one of its main concerns. To this end, Arti takes an active role in the political debate about the role of art in society. Members from different disciplines are encouraged to connect with one another.There is a weekly consultation hour which, among various topics, offers guidance about one’s professional practice and how to apply for subsidy. Arti likes to work with fellow art institutions and art schools of diverse nature. Monument Arti and its fascinating history is closely linked to its monumental building on the Rokin.

Galerie Ron Mandos
Over 20 years, Galerie Ron Mandos has earned its place of prominence within the Dutch art scene. First opening its doors in Rotterdam in it has since accrued a roster of over 30 artists from around the globe, becoming an integral nexus-point for artists at all stages of their career. In 2010, the gallery moved to its current location in the Amsterdam gallery district. In its pursuit of new developments within contemporary art and facilitated by its spacious venue, the gallery presents an extensive program within which new and dynamic means of representation are sought. The voices of an impressive assembly of established talent such as Daniel Arsham, Hans Op de Beeck, Isaac Julien, Remy Jungerman and Erwin Olaf tell poignant stories and shape the core of our public debate. The gallery’s mission is to platform artworks that embody the sophisticated relationship between artist, artwork, and society. Throughout the gallery’s program, light is shed on the unexpected and previously hidden aspects of everyday experience, taking shape in large scale, immersive installations as well as international group exhibitions. Ron Mandos maintains a keen eye on art academies in search of young talent, offering a platform for their work in the annual Best of Graduates exhibition. In 2018, Ron Mandos established the Young Blood Foundation, a program that will foster the careers of graduates for years to come. Alongside these initiatives, the gallery has placed artworks in a variety of significant collections, including The Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam; Museum Voorlinden, Wassenaar, and Centre Pompidou, Paris.

Cultuur Concreet gelooft in de kracht van cultuur dichtbij. Daarom staan wij voor kunst en cultuur in de wijken van Rotterdam. Hubert Nijmegen
Kunst en cultuur is voor iedereen ‘beschikbaar’ maar niet altijd even toegankelijk. Stichting Hubert zet zich in om deze beschikbaarheid en toegankelijkheid samen te laten vallen en hiermee kunst en cultuur toegankelijker te maken voor een breed publiek. Uiteindelijk pogen we hiermee om kunst en cultuur een grotere rol te laten spelen in het leven van iedereen. Door de beschikbaarheid en toegankelijkheid van kunst en cultuur samen te laten vallen zal Stichting Hubert met haar functie als culturele broed- en ontmoetingsplaats iedereen kunnen laten genieten van en deelnemen in de kunsten. Dit doet Stichting Hubert door podium te bieden aan kunstenaars, ontwerpers, wetenschappers, organisatoren en publiek om kunst te maken, maatschappelijke thema’s te onderzoeken en om de resultaten daarvan te presenteren. Hiervoor stellen we enerzijds de ontwikkeling van beginnende makers en anderzijds de toegankelijkheid voor en betrokkenheid van het publiek centraal. Op deze manier biedt Stichting Hubert een plaats voor ontmoeting tussen verschillende groepen mensen en beoogt daarmee een aantrekkelijk, toegankelijk en pluriform cultureel ‘(t)huis’ te worden voor wijk, stad en regio.
