Facilitate Change Llc

Facilitate Change LLC (“Facilitate Change”), is a woman and minority led small business consulting firm founded in November 2019 that works to dismantle systems of privilege and oppression through community organizing and dialogue-based education. Through workshop facilitation and social justice coaching, Facilitate Change works to create spaces where organizations and the individuals that make them up can reflect on how privilege and oppression operate in their daily lives. Facilitate Change places an emphasis on personal story sharing in order to tackle privilege and oppression on an ideological and internalized level instead of focusing solely on the interpersonal and institutional manifestations of both.
