The Facilitator Studio believes “all the world’s problems will be solved through effectively facilitated conversations.” We are committed to hosting multi-day virtual and in-person live training sessions that help our clients solve their most important problem: solving the right problem by getting to and staying on point during group meetings. Master facilitator Barry Shapiro initially developed instruction, demonstrations, and breakout sessions; each principle shared is described in his book, “Casting Call.” While we believe the book provides value in its own right, it comes to life when brought to real-life during our events. Recently, Barry partnered with Kris Ryan, founding partner of Quest Performance Solutions and Facilitators Studio Master Facilitator. Together the pair have revised the curriculum to accommodate a continuous virtual business world and launched Facilitators Studio 2.0. The new program seeks to offer a revolutionary new way to achieve their organizations' results by combining science and art. Our team of experts is guided by a combined 80 years of experience facilitating, consulting, and coaching within a broad range of industries and organizational structures.
