Faer

FAER is a grassroots organization started by concerned Americans and allies endeavoring to evacuate SIV applicants connected to the Defense Language Institute, the Thunder Lab, the National Military Academy of Afghanistan, as well as other Afghan allies imperiled after the US withdrawal on 15 August 2021. We seek to provide emergency support services and resettlement support. We hope to help preserve diverse Afghan cultural heritage, particularly for threatened minorities. We actively engage in congressional advocacy for legislative reform of the SIV program and Title 42. We believe in defending the rights of refugees and in striving for parity with broader human rights protections in alignment with international law. We are affiliated with #afghanevac,#DigitalDunkirk, and Evacuate Our Allies.
