After two decades at national and international consultancies, Fairmack Limited was established in 2023 by Sean McCaffrey. We are a small, independent consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent/CA, Cost Management, Project Management and Dispute Resolution Services to the Construction Sector. Fairmack provides its Services to Employers, Main-contractors, Sub-contractors and other Stakeholders, with an unrivalled quality of service, in an efficient and effective manner (with a focus on providing and adding value)- becoming a trusted and reliable partner consistently delivering positive results. We regularly receive positive client feedback and repeat business. Our people are highly experienced experts in their field. We have worked across the UK, the Middle-East and Australia, delivering an extensive portfolio of projects across all sectors, and have provided expert (quantum) services at all stages of dispute. We provide fee structures to suit ad hoc Services, as well as larger projects.
