Spodstore
We rent out sleep pods for contractors on construction sites. They enable contractors to be available on site, so that they don't have to commute long distances, and provide a cheaper, more private, sound and thermally insulated form of accommodation. They provide security on site (such that insurance companies will actually pay out if there are thefts). The pods are waterproof, insulated, and have heating, lighting and power to plug in phones laptops etc. The sleep pods take 5 minutes to assemble and can be delivered for the exact dates required. They are sound insulated and thermally insulated. They have a keypad lock, two windows and shelving, and have an onboard toilet for convenience. They provide a private, safe space for contractors to sleep and store their possessions. A box for shoes is provided at the front door and the mattress and curtains, cushions and blankets are included. The sleep pod is mobile (on four castor wheels), so it can be moved short distances. The sleep pods will be maintained should they be damaged, and they are environmentally friendly, made from second hand pallets, sheep's wool for insulation, and timber. They are solar powered with a camper battery, so there are no noisy generators.
