We are a small development company owned and directed by Jethro East, with architectural and project management support from Finn d’Ascoli. We’ve seen rapid growth since our inception eight years ago, and have gone from small renovations to multi-unit new build flats. Originally based in East London, we have now moved to Brighton and are beginning projects across Sussex. This change in location has also coincided with a new direction for the company, moving towards a more sustainable way of designing and building new developments. Our main aims over the next 10 years are to explore low carbon materials and processes, reduce carbon emissions in the build and in-use phases of our projects, and reduce waste wherever possible. All whilst designing buildings that are pleasing to look at and be in.
