The financial challenge of reaching the top of any sport is one of the athletes' most significant barriers to success. Fanboy saw many fighters with substantial online and physical followings missing out on opportunities to make money and connect with their fans through merchandise. We initially just teamed up with one fighter. To learn how we could try and help. After a couple of months, we added another fighter and soon realised Fanboy was something that could help other fighters while also contributing to growing the sport of MMA at the local level.
