Fci Futures Lab

Futures Lab is a responsive service providing impartial advice and expertise to UK MOD Front Line Commands and DE & S. Ways of Working FCI sponsored Command Leads, working closely with MOD clients to shape, and cohere defence innovation challenges. These Innovation Challenges are answered by agile and collaborative teams formed of Futures Lab’s evolving network of providers. Our ways of working ensures that the majority of the work is passed to our network of providers to deliver a pan-industry view. Whilst our co-ordinating partners provide technical assurance and the enabling commercial framework. Our Growing Provider Network It is the Futures Lab bespoke and open Provider Network utilising agile procurement process that commercially enables pan-industry teams of Micro and SME companies, academia, and wider industry to directly deliver into the Front Line Commands and DE & S at pace. The success of Futures Lab will be driven by the increased accessibility to a growing network reflective of Defence innovation trends.
