femella is a non-profit networking platform that connects motivated, ambitious young women from interdisciplinary backgrounds - the women of tomorrow. femella's mission is to unite these women by creating a space where they can share ideas, exchange expertise, and support each other’s growth. At femella, we celebrate individuality and believe in the power of community to achieve greater success. Founded in 2022, femella now has 700+ members across its hubs in Berlin, Copenhagen, London, Munich, and Zurich. Guided by its three pillars - Connect, Learn, and Grow - the femella team organizes events and activities throughout the year to support our members’ personal and professional development.
