Fields Of Imagination

Fields of Imagination is an art and storytelling studio where agroecology meets metaphysics. Through soil chromatography, painting, writing, and performance, I explore the living intelligence of the land — the unseen forces beneath our feet and the imaginative fields that shape our culture. My work sits at the intersection of ecology, creativity, and consciousness, rewilding how we see soil, animals, and ourselves. I believe that systems change when consciousness changes. That means how we farm, how we eat, and how we create are all deeply connected. By bringing together science and spirit, soil and soul, I aim to spark new ways of thinking about our relationship with nature — not as something ‘out there’ but as a living field we are part of. Current projects include: • Fine Art: Soil chromatography artworks that reveal the hidden vitality of earth samples from sacred and cultural landscapes. • Storytelling: Essays, poetry, and talks that weave humour, wisdom, and radical imagination into themes of food, farming, and energy. • Community: Workshops and future events designed to reconnect people with land and creativity, making the invisible visible. I’ve exhibited work, been commissioned to lead a workshop at the Oxford Real Farming Conference, and am developing Fields of Imagination as both an art practice and a platform for cultural rewilding.
