Finayo is building AI-native infrastructure for climate and asset-backed lending, designed to close the execution gap in climate finance. While capital and intent for decarbonization are abundant, climate-aligned lending continues to struggle due to static credit models, limited asset visibility, and delayed risk detection—particularly across EVs and income-linked climate assets. Finayo addresses this gap through asset-level and usage-driven underwriting. Our platform combines AI/ML, real-time asset intelligence, and alternative data to help financial institutions assess borrower income potential, asset performance, and early risk signals—enabling more resilient portfolios. We work with NBFCs, lenders, OEMs, blended finance funds, and non-profit organizations to support responsible scaling of EV and Net Zero–aligned lending. By integrating credit enhancements, first-loss structures, and mission-aligned capital from NPOs and climate funds, Finayo helps de-risk lending while expanding access to climate finance. Starting with electric mobility, our approach extends to charging infrastructure, battery ecosystems, and distributed renewable assets, where intelligent capital deployment is as critical as capital availability. Finayo’s mission is to de-risk climate finance at scale—so that growth, portfolio quality, and decarbonization outcomes reinforce each other.
