FindGet Jobs blockchain platform for job and employee search will automatically match the most suitable candidates with job offers/companies, allow them to sign employment contracts remotely, receive and release payment for the work or task completed. Additionally, platform will provide an opportunity to use third party services provided by platform’s partners for companies and candidates in order to make recruitment, selection and candidate growth processes even more effective. It is important to mention that platform will reduce the need for intermediaries, such as: HR agencies and recruitment agents, for the candidate selection process and will provide companies direct contact details of the candidates, in this way reducing the costs and speeding up the selection process. Blockchain technology will guarantee that only verified, secure and credible information about the candidates will be provided to the companies in this way avoiding the so called “spam/fake” candidates and increasing the conversion rate. Team has already developed and launched the application with augmented matching process, which will be one of the main channels for interaction with the platform. Beta version was launched in spring of 2018 and attracted companies such as booking.com, Girteka logistics (largest logistics company in Europe). Currently, all updates that were needed after a Beta test have been done and full version of application is scheduled to be released at the very beginning of October 2018.( ) FindGet Jobs application has already managed to attract international attention and was nominated to be one of the TOP 3 mobile business solutions in IT Future competition which took place in Warsaw, September 2018.
