Finer Homes is a boutique home-staging and interior design service based in Auckland, with an approachability that belies the feeling of hip sophistication we bring to your space. Our main objective when staging a property is to maximise the value of our clients’ homes, and we use proven home-staging techniques and principles of interior design – and solid experience – to do this. As a team, we have been staging homes and designing interiors since 2016. After taking time out from our respective careers to focus on our young family and re-evaluating where we wanted to focus our energy, we saw an opening to provide an affordable yet contemporary approach to home staging and styling, combining Gaby’s design and fashion background and love of interiors with Matt’s practical experience in property. We learnt the tricks of the trade to adding value to property from some of Auckland’s most successful property investors. At finer, we eschew the all-too-common cookie-cutter approach to home staging. We treat each home as the unique space it is, and seek to emphasise its particular beauty. While following the principles of good design, we pay attention to the finer details to really bring your home to life – a life the buyer can see themselves living in your space.
