Finesse Our Minds

Finesse Our Minds (FOM) is a global nonprofit on a mission to stop waiting for funerals to say people mattered. We provide suicide prevention, mental health support, and resilience tools for young humans ages 5–35 worldwide. We are not another awareness campaign. We are a movement built on lived experience, peer support, and bold innovation: FOM Space App — a 24/7 peer-to-peer community designed with youth input, meeting people where they already are. School & Campus Programs — workshops and training that help students, educators, and communities build cultures of safety and belonging. Global Partnerships — from classrooms in the U.S. to communities abroad, we collaborate with universities, nonprofits, and companies to amplify prevention and support. At the heart of FOM is a simple truth: listening saves lives. When youth are heard, they heal. When communities show up, they prevent funerals.
