About Ciiru K.

A motivated young professional who is passionate about all things suicide, self harm, and mental health. A huge believer in mental health awareness, and tackling the stigma that surrounds the topic through application of unconventional yet impactful techniques. As a driven and enthusiastic young professional, I am deeply committed to the field of mental health. My passion for this critical area stems from a strong belief in the power of awareness and education to combat the pervasive stigma that surrounds mental health issues. Through innovative and impactful techniques, I am dedicated to promoting a greater understanding of mental health and wellness, and to helping individuals and communities to thrive. Whether through research, advocacy, and/or direct engagement with those in need, I am always eager to explore new and creative ways to support mental health initiatives and promote positive change. With a strong background in mental health advocacy and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in all that I do, I make a meaningful contribution to Finesse Our Minds Organization (FOM) which largely focuses on promoting awareness, education and prevention of pervasive dark thoughts in young people globally, and their negative effects such as mental health struggles and suicidal/self-harm tendencies.
