They are also certified on Level 3 International Vocational Qualification (IVQ) in Teaching, Training and Assessing Competence and have been providing fit-for-purpose solutions and results-oriented intervention to performance issues to our client organizations for more than 15 years. We utilize Competency Assurance process in establishing Workplace Competence Assurance in Technical and non-technical job positions and our competency-Based training programs are driven by established competencies for job positions.
