Focusing In Action

Focusing in Action is a new and unique way of learning, and experiencing Focusing and Implicit Entry ( what the Body knows). It is an Experiential Process raising Situational Awareness and present experiencingresence while revealing novelty and creativity in whichever living process, or 'role', one is engaged in. Focusing in Action allows for interaction with some 'thing' concretely felt in the body but diffuse or murky, Focusing is level of human process offered here as a technique and training, and as developed and founded by Dr. Eugene Gendlin. It is generated from his Philosophy of the Implicit, and provides awareness to ones implicit, or tacit knowledge; the Body/Environment.(see focusing.org) Action here is a Specific and Unique Group Process informed by Psychodramatic, Sociodramatic and Sociometric (Role) Theories and Practices commonly known as Action Methods as developed and generated by Dr. JL Moreno. Action methods are found in the Arts and Social Sciences, and practiced in Education, Law, Business Organization and Development, HR, Individual and Group Psychotherapy, Schools, Prisons. and any human endeavor Focusing in Action is a diverse, educational and inclusive group process of discovery, exploration and life affirming wellness.
