FOMAT is an Embedded Research Organization (site network) of 26 investigator sites across the US, focused on serving diverse and underserved patient populations across multiple therapeutic areas. By collaborating with community-based research physician groups, we support inclusive access to Phase I–IV clinical studies, backed by state-of-the-art facilities and a team of dedicated professionals. OUR COMPREHENSIVE TEAMS INCLUDE: A network of physicians and specialists providing access to over patients in California. 60+ investigators across 26 sites. Over 250 clinical trials conducted. Dedicated Clinical Research Coordinators for Phase I–IV trials. AWARDS AND RECOGNITION: Finalist for the Top 3 Site Patient Recruitment Innovation Award (SPRIA) by the Society of Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) in 2022.
