The FTG is designed to create cross pollination between business and service users, increasing opportunity for both organisation and top talent. Through Online Job Fairs and Live UK Transition Events, business and service users come together, breaking down barriers and mindsets involving organisation to military engagement. The FTG currently receive around 10k Service Leavers, Ex-Forces, Spouses and Blue Light Leavers all available to UK business. With 100s of companies across the UK joining each year, we aim to solve the Armed Forces problem of Service Users struggling to gain fantastic and sustainable employment on exiting the Military. A Service User is Serving, Leaving, Veteran, Spouse, Sibling and Blue Light.
