Our team has decades of combined experience in the Canadian Armed Forces including the Canadian Special Operations Forces. Our mission is to use that experience to help private businesses develop their employees into adaptable and resilient teams that can accomplish whatever mission they set out on. We have refined years of Canadian Armed Forces leadership and mission planning training and prepared it for the private sector.
