In 2017, two professionals embarked on a shared entrepreneurial venture – something that combined service and quality representing their professional talents. The mother-son duo recognized a need for measurable outcomes concerning diversity and inclusion efforts nation-wide, and thus created Fostering Healthy Solutions. Research reveals that businesses struggle in the area of diversity inclusivity and major movements are on the rise to counter punch these actions. The harsh reality is, many people shun away from the hard conversation of racism, prejudice, injustice, inequality and bias. After years of brainstorming, researching, studying, and praying, FHS offers a solution. We are a person-centered, community-focused, evidence-based company with excellence in service driving our mission.
