For over 75 years, Foundation University (FU) has shaped generations of graduates who lead, create, and drive change across the Philippines and around the world. As a private, non-sectarian university in Dumaguete City, FU is known for combining academic rigor with real-world application — cultivating minds and values that endure beyond the classroom. Recognized as one of the Philippines’ most forward-thinking universities, FU continues to pioneer in areas such as innovation, technology, sustainability, design, social impact, and experiential learning. In 2015, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) named FU the Most Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Campus in the country. Our programs are accredited by PAASCU and CHED, and we have been an active member of the International Association of Universities since 1963.
