I’m Andrea Nwoke, an Executive & Leadership Coach and Founder & CEO of Full Voice Coaching & Consulting. My passion is helping people give voice to their highest aspirations and explore the fullness of their potential. Whether they’re seeking the skills to take up more space, develop a personally authentic leadership style, or find their own undiscovered power and courage, my clients are my inspiration. As a person who has often been the only person to look like me or have my background in a room, I deeply understand how that can affect a person’s ability to feel confident, thrive, and grow professionally. My coaching has a holistic focus, because we are more than the sum of our parts. Try as we might to compartmentalize, the personal affects the professional, and the professional affects the personal. I want to know who you are, what makes you tick. I draw on my years of experience in the performing arts and in corporate settings to find flexible and dynamic ways to support my clients’ journeys.
