Starting as a venture capitalist, our founder entered the field with a vision to help businesses function with ease. As the world of investment banking and mutual funds grew, the need for relevant talent was on exponential growth. Being a corresponding investor, he realized it is not simple to find suitable talent for asset management and working capital. The over-saturated market of finance-related applicants made it difficult for companies and candidates to search for positions that were of complementary taste. An idea came while browsing through a general job board- a fairly useful and hassle-free tool that allowed employers to connect to potential employees directly and for employees to find employers of their liking. He found an opportunity to leverage the platform to specifically tailor for fund-related work. The functions of a niche job board create a pool of candidates for a distinct audience that generates higher-quality applicants and allows higher exposure of job postings. He wanted to create a platform that helped reach candidates that want to work for mutual funds and for employers to find applicants at the click of a button.
