We are truly living in the digital age, and technology is evolving at an exponential rate. The result of this is we have far greater access to information than ever before in history. It can be overwhelming to think about everything that coming at us on our phones, tablets, computers, video game systems and televisions. To add to this even more, kids are often exposed to these changes before their parents. So how do you stay ahead of all this?
