We are a group of passionate individuals who have first handedly experienced the different approaches to physical activity and pain management across cultures. Three themes were common for all: We don’t move enough and when we do, we do it either incorrectly or unsustainable for longer periods of time. Access to gyms and sports centers are usually unaffordable and not everyone feels comfortable in those environments. Addressing and seeking help for pain only when it becomes unbearable. These three common themes motivated us to start and deliver essential fitness products combined with targeted exercise video content. Our team constantly prepares new add-on contents that specialise in training and rehab. FZYO caters to everyone who is looking for a healthy, research-based and sustainable way of exercising.
