GEC Academy is a leading educational brand specialising in the development of project-based learning (PBL) courses for middle school, high school, and university students. Our mission is to empower learners through systematic, practice-oriented programmes that help them transform knowledge and methods into actionable steps, enhancing their overall competitiveness as they pursue further studies. Many of our outstanding graduates have been admitted to top 30 universities worldwide. In just 2017 and 2018, we proudly witnessed a number of our most exceptional students begin their academic journeys at world-renowned institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Columbia University, Duke University, Cornell University, the University of Oxford, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), New York University (NYU), Northwestern University, and Georgetown University. Several have also distinguished themselves in prestigious global competitions, including ACM-ICPC, the Intel ISEF, and CASTIC. Since 2016, GEC has delivered more than 800 research-focused courses across 15 academic disciplines and related fields, serving over students worldwide. As a pioneer in online research education, GEC integrates global academic resources to foster innovation and excellence, equipping students with essential university-level research skills. In collaboration with the University of Cambridge DEFI Centre, LASER Award, and other UK institutions, GEC designs cutting-edge project-based learning programmes tailored for the AI generation. GEC’s programmes are also recognised as UCAS-approved extra-curricular activities, awarding 8 UCAS Tariff Points under the Level 3 Research Skills Qualification.
