Genderworks

GenderWorks is a consulting and coaching company, working with organizations to accelerate gender equality progress in the workplace by actively engaging men. We employ brain research to move men from the sidelines, to the frontlines, of diversity work. GenderWorks works with Human Resource professionals, senior leaders, and men [as well as women] across levels of the organization. We identify opportunities to engage men in D&I efforts, facilitate the creation of male ally groups, develop customized male ally leadership development programs, and coach men individually, and in small groups.
