Genefuel is a company which makes use of IOT technology for the remote monitoring of generators. Genefuel's software is generator agnostic and works across all makes and models of controllers. The business intelligence reporting drives the entire refuelling and fulfillment process, incorporating efficiencies with regards to improving the logistics process, enabling 24/7/265 service. The technology stack involves IOT devices which feed realtime telemetry data into our scalable backend systems. Notifications in the form of SMS, Email and Telegram messages are used to keep the user informed of change of state, and fulfillment is driven via a mobile app which generates realtime, electronic delivery notes, which are integrated then directly into online account systems. Abstract nature of the system has permitted it to evolve to the remote monitoring of any form of device including water tanks, medical oxygen systems etc.
