Originally founded in 1986 Geoplan Limited is an independent planning, landscape architecture and environmental consultancy. Our chartered planners and landscape architects specialise in providing expert technical support to development projects from feasibility to implementation and longer term management. We offer extensive experience in the preparation of planning applications and environmental statements, land and property management, landscape evaluation and design, landscape and visual impact assessment, and a broad range of other technical support to rural planning projects. We have an in depth understanding of the issues associated with rural design and planning processes, particularly with regard to minerals and natural resources, making us the natural choice to deliver commercially, technically and environmentally sound projects. Strategically based in the East Midlands, we provide a UK wide and international consultancy service.
