Our oncology, neurology and metabolic programmes use ethically sourced human tissues as well as native tissues, membranes, cultured cells and recombinant proteins. We run saturation and competition binding, ex vivo occupancy,[³⁵S]GTPγS, calcium and cAMP assays, with label-free kinetics by SPR. For PET discovery, we help shortlist and rank candidate tracers using binding and autoradiography in human tumour sections, to de-risk in vivo work.
