You often feel like something is missing - there is an emptiness inside. You wake up every morning with little energy - you’re already tired. You think you "should" be grateful for all you have - yet you're not fulfilled. And you don't know why. You’re caught up in the numbing cycle of working, eating, drinking, shopping, social media, or exercise. You read self-help books. You do Yoga. Working for a large corporation, I made it to management and found myself being pulled in a hundred directions by family, friends, colleagues, employees, and the boss. I was tired, angry, lonely in need of support and when I looked for it … quickly learned that I was all alone. Then I found Chopra Global. I studied mindfulness and wellness and discovered the healing power that comes with peace of mind and fulfillment that was missing from my life. I also discovered there are many, many women - too many - who are suffering as I did. This is why I became a certified Workplace Wellbeing Trainer and Coach for high achieving women. I'm driven by a commitment to make a difference in the world. There are more days when I'm winning than when I’m not.
