The owner, Karen Gulliford, was inspired by her client's willingness to improve performance, brand, and results through leadership development and action, creating positive, high performance, trusting cultures, and an openness to change. After several years of previous consulting work, and after obtaining an M.Ed in Adult Learning, Karen re-branded her name to Great Workplaces. Isn't that where we all want to work?
