GZM was founded in 2020 by two professionals who shared a passion for people and their development. At GZM, we want to see those at every stage of life realize their call and passion AND provide them with the tools to accomplish their dreams and goals. We do this by. 1) Reaching our clients through public speaking events as we share critical life-guiding principles as we share our personal stories. 2) Capturing our client's attention and taking them through our Z-Track Program designed to identify their life goals and develop a plan to achieve it. 3) We impact our clients by guiding them through our PPF Program developed to ensure each client is prepared from a Personal, Professional, and Financial literacy perspective to take on the world and become a successful contributing member of their communities and society as a whole. Unlike any coaching and training program, we approach development from the core and continue to walk alongside the client as they progress through the many stages and challenges life has to offer. We are people centric; from our employees to clients, our focus is YOU. We work with Students - HS & College, Young Professionals - entering the working world, Seasoned Professionals, Clients seeking a career change, and Businesses - of any size. Our focus is simply people who want better for themselves from a personal, professional, and financial perspective but might not know where to start.
