Groundup Africa

The mission of GroundUP Africa is to create a distinct advantage for local youth and economically empower local women by providing a unique model of lifelong integrated education—from primary school to adult vocational training and upskilling—in areas of agriculture and technology to maximize the opportunities presented by the community’s ecosystem. We envision a world where cycles of poverty in rural African communities are broken by providing exposure to new ways of thinking and new models of education grounded in community culture, leading to innovative, sustainable solutions which address the age-old problems these communities face.
