Getting past the fears and poor habits that limit people and organisations has an endless transformative potential. We know there is a real cost to poor communication but also there is more potential in people than we get from them at work. Making habits of connection, engagement, collaboration and agility are universally necessary to gain personal and organisational growth. We believe that better communication makes us better as a species. So we need these skills to be better humans.
