Gumbs + Partners, like the nonprofit organizations we serve, is guided by a mission: to help strengthen and enhance the nonprofit sector by recruiting women and people of color to executive-level positions. Over the past nearly ten years approximately 65% percent of our placements have been people of color and/or women. The access we provide our clients to our domestic and international networks among people of color and women assists them in using the search process to create more diverse organizations. At Gumbs + Partners we believe that a successful search outcome requires a thoughtful and inclusive process. Collectively, our team has more than 75 years of experience working in the nonprofit arena, and we understand from direct experience the complex issues that organizations face during major leadership transitions.
