Guts & Grace

Guts and Grace is a certified B-corps company that serves women at various points in their careers who are setting out to fulfill their highest ambitious and seeking a community of leaders, coaching support, and resources to enable them to thrive along the way. After more than a decade of coaching, training, and advising executive leadership teams, Guts and Grace founder LeeAnn Mallorie found that most mission driven leaders—especially women—begin to systematically ignore their bodies and disconnect from their intuition to get ahead at work. She founded Guts and Grace to empower women by connecting them back to their intuition via embodied leadership curriculum, retreats, and trainings. The Guts and Grace team offers a pipeline of programs designed for women in junior roles as well as Executive leaders and has an interactive alumni program for those who have graduated.
