I coach women (LGBTQ+ inclusive) who have the courage to question societal norms around drinking and decide their own way to live with - or without - alcohol. I am driven in making a difference in the lives of women who are newly sober, or curious about life without alcohol including those who identify as Highly Sensitive People (HSP's). As and HSP, working with me means redefining living alcohol-free and embracing who you are. You don't need to fit into any traditional box to seek a better, more vibrant life. I strive to live out the love in my heart and enjoy teaching others to do the same. My blend of life wisdom, experience, and compassion is what makes me unique.
