Hi, I'm Katie Robinson - Life & Leadership Coach and CEO of Halo Effect. After more than two decades of building a successful marketing career by navigating the exhaustion, overwhelm, and imposter syndrome, all while trying to balance the harmony at home, I found myself riding the 2022-2023 layoff rollercoaster. Round after round, I was being asked to do more with less and trying to motivate a team of people who didn't want to come to work every day. Long hours, nights, weekends, holidays. It was brutal. And if I hadn't found coaching, I wouldn't have survived. One day the rollercoaster finally ended along with my tenure at my big fancy job. I was let go in a leadership layoff to help the company stay afloat financially. It was finally over. And it was A GIFT. I knew I could now spend my time helping other women navigate those same waters. To beat the burnout. To take back their lives. To fall in love again with their partner. To spend time doing things they love. To finally say YES to themselves. All while building a successful career. They could have both. And I knew how to help them get it. So, I founded Halo Effect – a coaching practice built from the ground-up by a woman who has walked many miles in your shoes.
