Teresa Hardy, M.Ed, BBA CIS Teresa’s more than two decades of experience in software development along with her M.Ed. in Instructional Technology and Design make her a powerhouse in technical learning. She designed the curriculum for the Software Development open-source program for Idaho State University’s College of Technology, where she also taught. She was instrumental in developing infrastructure and certification training for cloud computing at Google and was a member of AWS’s innovative and highly regarded Cloud Quest gamified technical learning development team. Jim Hardy, PhD Jim’s technical side comes from his doctoral study in logic, which enabled his groundbreaking work in optical computing. He has additional graduate study in Instructional Design with a focus on learning measurement and analytics and has spent more than two decades teaching technical subjects and leading faculty in higher education. Jim’s corporate and consulting work has continued this focus on measurement and analytics. He helped develop courses for the University of Michigan’s online Master’s of Health Informatics program, has helped startups level up their learning programs and as Director of Education at Product School, Jim developed rigorous certifications in product management. In addition, Hardy Group maintains a wide network of learning professionals with different skill sets who can be leveraged for projects with specific needs or to increase the pace of development.
