Harmonic Mediation is an approach to conflict resolution that emphasizes deep understanding, empathy, and authentic connection. Rooted in the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), this style of mediation seeks to transform conflicts beyond addressing surface disagreements, by delving into the underlying needs and emotions of all parties involved. Harmonic Mediation Society provides courses and certification programs in empathic listening, conversation prep, and Harmonic Mediation for professionals such as therapists, counsellors, life and relationship coaches, court-appointed meditators, and those who want to start new careers helping people connect, understand each other, and bridge divides. We also provide courses, workshops, support groups, communication kits, and other products and services to help people learn and use these skills in their daily lives to resolve conflict and get their needs met.
