We are innovators. We help contractors and building owners find new, smarter and more profitable ways to work. We help them invent new approaches to doing business. Innovation and invention involves creating something that does not yet exist. There are no “best practices” when you are creating something new. That is where coaching comes in. Coaching, at least the coaching we do, is based on two assumptions. The first is that if you have the ability to envision a new way of doing something, inherent in that vision lays the seeds for making that vision a reality. The second is that you are naturally creative, resourceful and “whole”…that you already have the resources you need to make that vision a reality. The role of a coach is to help draw that out of you. If you have a problem you can’t solve, a good coach will help you solve it. If you just want your work or personal life to get even better, a good coach can help you make it happen too. We specialize in coaching construction industry executives. We grew up in that industry and we work in it. You do not have problems that we either have not had or can’t appreciate. So, you don’t have a lot of explaining to do before your coach understands the real issues and challenges. We already know them. We provide ICF (International Coaching Federation) affiliated coaching service by not only Greg Hayne, but by other, credentialed ICF coaches.
