HEAVENSAKE is a composition by acclaimed French cellar master Régis Camus, in collaboration with Japan's most respected sake breweries — Niizawa, Noguchi, Dewazakura, Shichiken, Urakasumi, and Konishi. Admired for his assemblage virtuosity, Régis Camus is an 8-time IWC "Winemaker of the Year" title winner. His respectful ambition is to create unique sakes showcasing the art of assemblage while honoring the magnificent heritage of Japanese sake-making. HEAVENSAKE was founded in 2016 and is the first brand to bring the art of assemblage to sake. Our business HEAVENSAKE is distributed across 20+ markets in Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and — as of 2024 — Japan itself. The brand is sold through premium on-trade (Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, members' clubs), specialty retail, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, and cultural partnerships in art, design, and music. We operate from Switzerland (HQ) and Japan (HEAVENSAKE K.K, Tokyo), with a lean international team working closely with our breweries to craft and ship temperature-sensitive sake with the precision the category deserves.
