HEIUSFU is involved in personal and professional growth, guiding and coaching. Our objectives are: Success through education and the gift of knowledge in their respective fields by learning from those who can assist in sharing their experiences and knowledge. To facilitate the ability in others to clarify and identify a clear set of personal missions and goals in order to achieve their purpose in life whatever it may be. To accept and respect the value of different opinions while strengthening our own through education and knowledge. Develop our potentials and strengths that are hidden by our weaknesses. Develop and/or reinforce our public speaking capabilities by providing training and a public speaking platform to convert the training to actual experience. Character Building By working on our character and ethical traits we will learn to listen to and address the needs of those turning to us. To be willing to give and accept unconditionally and learn to never judge another person until we are exactly in his or her position. Mentoring Program By mentoring others we will contribute to each others success and help avoid potential pitfalls. We will show a willingness to share with others and give others the opportunity to share with us. Each mentoring pair will have the possibility of accomplishing of mentoring and being mentored simultaneously. Peer-to-Peer Networking and Partnering We will establish an infrastructure for a peer-to-peer networking establishment to be able to introduce potential business associates in a respectful and relaxed atmosphere. In an atmosphere outside of the regular business activities, where an individual is surrounded by likeminded people wanting to unconditionally help others. We will introduce potential partners by combining like minded individuals to start or expand a business. We will partner individuals with the proper talents so that one partner will complement the other and make a successful partnership.
